The Reggio preschool education system originated from a small town Reggio Emilia,which is in the North part of Italy. The Reggio preschool education system is the system that was under the originating and leadership of Malaguzzi and relying on the government, community populace's support, the cooperation and the participation with all one's strength.The system was diligently promoted by the specialists of the education system which included teachers and researchers for dozens of years. The Reggio preschool education system promotes chidren's development of intelligence by using the method of symbolic expression systematically,and couraging children using all kinds of expressional,communicating and cognitive language to explore surrounding environment and express theirselves.The parents, teachers and children have set up the cooperative, interactive and studying together partnership.Education has become a cultural share of public activity.Besides the extremely characteristic education idea and the practice of Reggio preschool education system,the localization of teacher's role is one of noticeable key factors of the success of Reggio. Reggio educators think that it is hard to avoid to fix the position of teacher's role purely relying on the method of definition.So it is necessary to combine the content of teacher's work to elucidate the unique aspects of teacher's role by the description of every kind of teacher's behaviors in the process of education and teacher's attitude towards children's role. It is in a certain background that includes the relationship between teachers and colleagues,the relationship between teachers and parents,and the cultural background of teachers and the development of teacher's character and so on.The pre-school teachers in the Reggio educational institution is facing the challenge from children every now and then.Though the curriculum is planed by teachers in advance,the theme is ascertained by teachers according to children's life experience and interest.It can be ascertained by teachers 'a large number of observations towards children and thinking for long time.But it is hard to really ascertain the interests and needs for teacher.Because ascertaining the theme should consider whether children can extensively take part in,whether stands for every children's desire,not only stands for one or several children's interests. In the process of carrying out Reggio Approach, in order to let children put their best energy and sprint into, teachers need find activity "growing" at once. In the meantime, accidental things ofen happen,so teachers should consider not only the actual situation of the process of Reggio Approch,but also the expressions and interests.In the Reggio school,there are two teachers to work together in a class.The development is the result of teachers consulting and discussing together.In the process of consulting and discussing,it is hard to avoid warious conflicts and misunderstandings between teachers.But those conflicts are not the expression of having the desire to excel,it is to solve the problems facing in the process of teaching and learning better.Therefore, it is necessary to make mutual sincere advice and do criticism and self-criticism.But to larger extent it needs reciprocal support,acceptancy,understanding and endurance between teachers.In our country,teacher is in the authoritative position,the relationship between teachers and studants is unequal.Though the attention towards pre-school teachers has been increasingly strengthened recent years and became one of the popular themes in educational area,the problems about tranditional teachers' role have not been solved.The problem of teachers'role has still been isolated regarded. Reggio preschool education has been introduced to our country recent years.This education has provided preshool educators in our country with inspiration on many aspects,but how to know the role of teachers and how to be a good teacher are most worthy of learning and considering for us. Of course,it is not especially difficult if we make a word -for-word copy according to the practice of Reggio in form,but we can not master Reggio's core spirit and put it into practice in a short period of time.Therefore,studying the problem of teachers' role have important affection and real sense on changing preschool teachers' role in our country,solving various difficult problems teachers facing and being a qualified teacher.The main body of this paper is divided into two parts.In the first part,mainly analyse the social cultural background,theoretical background and the main educational experience.Then,connecting educational cases in Reggio, teachers' role will be analysed. In the second part,the inspiration which is brought by Reggio education will be expounded on the base of the research and analysis of Reggio teachers' role.
