Social sports is a product of economic developmentand another industry first two post-industrial, so far the developed countries havetaken the development of the tertiary industry as the strategic target. This papercompares the total provincial cities of Henan economy’s GDP and it will be dividedinto three low high school study. The author demonstrates the relationship betweenthe development of social sports instructors in Henan Province and the economythrough the application of analogy method.The method of this study have survey data of other’s research, questionnaires,analysis and comparison method, mathematical statistics, field visits and groupdiscussions Law Act, in the research process and papers prepared in addition to thedevelopment of a mass movement deeply feel the importance of the social sportsinstructors under the circumstances are worried about the current status of thebackward social sports development.According to the Henan Provincial Bureau of statistics data show, the totalpopulation of Zhengzhou city A district number is9031000, the total numberofsocial sports instructors is4816people, including6B District of city of LuoyangProvince, Pingdingshan City, Anyang City, Xinxiang City, Jiaozuo city and Xuchangcity municipality,30791000of the population, social sports instructorthere are8013 people, C region includes11cities, the total population is58971600, the social sportsinstructor6928people. Our province social sports instructor to guide theproject have ball, dance, track and field, Taiji, calligraphy and so. The levelof the service in different ways, such as the A area of the paid service is5.3%B, Ctwo, paid service area is respectively4.9%and3.8%.Through research the author summarizes the current situation and some of themain problems are:The biggest factor in the development of the province’s urbansocial sports instructors (1) The economic development is the great constraints of thedevelopment of Social sports instructor;(2) Currently the sports curriculum inschool have not been paid enough attention and the consciousness in sports is notstrong;(3) The level of social sports instructors is low and the number is insufficientat this stage, in addition it followed by relatively backward for minus from theeconomic development of area A to area C;(4) The knowledge of sports’ instructorsis not systematic because the generally low level of education;(5) At present, manycertified social sports instructors get paid accordingly and the sports industry has notformed;(6) The guidance venue is not enough and the government investment insports facilities is enough;(7)The backward management mechanism and thephenomenon of prominent rights centralization make the market less flexibility;(8)License renewal mechanism is not perfect at social sports instructor knowledgeupgrade;(9) The type of sports is single and most sports programs focus on sportsand track field, for the development of traditional sports is not enough;(10) Fewsports clubs temporarily and sports clubs in small Numbers in our province.On thisbasis, the author proposed some basic suggestions to solve this problem, Themanagement right must be returned to the market under the market-orientedeconomy and promote paid sports guide services,We should give full play to theadvantages of the market, The government should focus on the development of thesports industry and processing large mass of public investment in sports facilities.
