The full credit system, which is an advanced educational managementinstitution, is popular with the universities all over the world. In chinapracticing full credit system has been an important measure in recentyears. It is satisfied with the needs of the production of talents, quality inteaching and quality oriented education. The full credit system is basedon the educational theory of people foremost with an emphasis onstudents'personality differences. To spread the full credit system wouldbe a historical trend in the reform of high educational management.After all, practicing credit system is a complicated and systematicproject. In our country, when full credit system is practiced, these factors,such as the traditional educational thoughts, the system of evaluatingteachers and management, high educational investment, the institution ofsociety employment, which are uncompleted, lead to some problems.These become obstacles for practicing credit institution, discussed in time.The importance to the reform of university institution is obviouslyThis thesis has analyzed and made theory investigations about thepracticing of full credit system in our universities. It begins with theintroduction of full credit system and related study in china and foreigncountries, analyzing the detailed practicing ways in individual case. It hasproceeded with outstanding problem and carried on the analysis of origin cause of formation. It has also put forward countermeasures to thequestions that exist.
