Credit system attaches importance to students’ individual differences and pays attention to the students’ learning autonomy and choice. And it has attracted the support and attention from colleges and universities in each country around the world. With the development of higher education in our country, our country requires further deepening full credit system teaching reform. Although most of the colleges and universities in China have carried out the full credit system teaching reform, some colleges and universities had a lot of problems appeared in the process of the reform. However some colleges and universities obtained gratifying achievements through continuous efforts and improvements. In the reform of credit system teaching practice, how to carry out the credit system in effective and scientific teaching reform under the background of full credit system is a main issue to solve among educators and teachers. This paper analyzes the problems and reasons appeared in the process of the full credit system teaching reform in Bohai University then puts forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The first part in this paper is the introduction, which contains the research background and significance, research purpose, method and content, and the innovation of this paper; the second part introduces related concept definition of credit system, the concepts and features of the full credit system, in order to form a preliminary understanding of full credit system, through the domestic and foreign literature review of the credit system reform in detail, introduces the present situation of credit system reform and research progress at home and abroad; the third part presents the questionnaire of the full credit system teaching reform in Bohai University and analyzes the results; the fourth part puts reveals the problems in the results of the questionnaire, puts forward some suggestions and strategies of the full credit system teaching reform and supplies some advice for the further researchers.; the fifth part contains the limitations of the study and the details which need strengthening and refining for the further study.
