With the reforms of the higher vocational education curriculum, the curriculum culture of higher vocational education arouses people's interest day after day. The significance of this research is positive to the theory of higher vocational education curriculum as well as the advancement and reconsidering of higher vocational education curriculum practice.After the study, research and investigation for three years on the higher vocational education, author tries to promulgate the present situation and questions of the curriculum culture of higher vocational education in China, learns the reconstruction experience of curriculum culture in developed countries, proposes the reconstruction countermeasures for the curriculum culture of higher vocational education in China from the perspective of culture.The basis of this paper lies in that as a type of higher education, higher vocational education possesses both the characters of general higher education and vocational education. The curriculum culture of higher vocational education also has its own individuality and characteristic. There are many world first-class research universities in the USA, Japan and German, but the higher vocational education is very important and not substitutable. The determination of higher vocational education curriculum in those countries presents the practical tendency for raising of high-level-applied and market-oriented talented person's. In the developed country, the vocational education curriculum pays much more attention to the value of technical practice knowledge, and this kind of knowledge is taught by unique way, so that technology culture is transmitted.The successful experience of curriculum culture implementation is the close cooperation and support of students, the professional institute and the enterprise, which won the true cooperation and positive influence.By making full use of experiences in the USA,Japan and German, the author proposed three countermeasures for the development of curriculum culture: but namely criterion of productive forces instead of knowledge standard; curriculum cultural diversity instead of simplification; the nice interaction of cultural environment and human's activity.According to the present questions in the curriculum culture of higher vocational, this paper proposed three countermeasures of curriculum culture of higher vocational education as the followings: Firstly, training the professional talented person according to the employment guidance; Secondly, the content of the technical culture curriculum; Thirdly, the intervene of the government, the union of the enterprise and the curriculum.
