The Research Of Present Situation And Countermeasure For Higher Vocational College's School-based Curriculum Development In Northern Shaanxi Regional

With the rapid progress of science and technology,and the high speed development of economy in Northern Shaanxi region,the problem of regional economic market demand for talents is growing.The higher vocational college is regarded as educational base which is devoted to train professional and technical personnel,so the School-based Curriculum Development must be focused on the change of the regional market.Although the national curriculum and local curriculum are authority and stability,which are hard to avoid the disadvantage of hysteresis,limitation,unicity,so that they stifle the creativity and autonomy of students,teachers and colleges indirectly.Developing the School-based Curriculum in higher vocational college can not only embody the uniqueness of the higher vocational education in adjusting measures to local condition,according with the aptitude,basing on school and student,but also can improve college's standard,teacher's comprehensive ability,and student's quality.But recently the School-based Development of higher vocational colleges in Northern Shaanxi regional is still in a backward state,and faces many troubles.It is imperative to strengthen the School-based Development of higher vocational college in Northern Shaanxi regional.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in Northern Shaanxi region,higher vocational college should be developed in line with the need of talent market,and cater for the development of regional economy.Development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges can compensate for the limitations of traditional curriculum in time,and fully improve the level and the characteristics of higher vocational education and talent cultivation.Therefore this paper is devoted to survey the actual circumstances of the development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational college in Northern Shaanxi region,summarize the experience,find the problem,and put forward the countermeasures.This paper mainly selects a number of teachers,students and leaders of three higher vocational colleges in Northern Shaanxi regional with questionnaires and interviews on the basis of collecting and reorganizing the related papers.Meanwhile,summarizes the present situation and problems and finds out the reasons by analyzing the survey result.Finally,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
