A prospective teacher, who will go well on with his work on teaching, must process' solid capability and teaching quality which depend on professional skill training.In recent years the leadership and teachers of prim-middle school find out many of the issues in pre-information-technology teachers practice which mainly lack of professional skills. According to investigation, the professional skill training achievement in the Normal University (College) is undesired. Many Normal Universities(Colleges) make efforts to find other way to train professional skill, and the Performance Technology extensively applied in this area brings us a new chance. the Performance Technology combining with professional skill training for the prospective teachers, by analyzing the affected results of training reasons, developing intervention strategies, implementing strategies and evaluating performance, improves training performance by its systematical approach.This article goes on a research and practice on teacher professional skill training using the Performance Technology, based on researching on practice of the undergraduates of the Education Technology of Computer Science Institute, Sichuan Normal University, and obtains success on accessible condition.The Performance Technology used in the prospective teacher training is just a start, it is promising.
