Research On Skills Training Of Higher Vocational Colleges Based On Performance Technology

Since the middle of 20th century the Educational Technology emerged and developed as an independent profession, its theory and practice have been developed greatly. From its history, the emphasis of research fields of the Educational Technology has been changed several times: from resource, to teaching, and then to learning. So its practical extent is expanding correspondingly. Up to now, the Performance Technology has been developed as one part of the important content in Educational Technology research area.Performance technology is to absorb the idea designed in enterprise's training, procedure teaching and teaching on the basis of education skill, and take shape progressively during the process of improving enterprise's performance. The systemic procedures are including analysis, design, development, implement and evaluation. "It helps individuals and organizations to make better effect……Help people study how competent at work, help them work well when they are competent at the work too."For us, giving attention to performance is the necessary choice. Performance technology, which is borne in educational technology, usually takes many nonteaching means to solve performance problem. In this paper, I'll analyze the nonteaching factors that give influence to teaching from the angle of performance. I'll conclude the guideline system of education performance, and design the improvement model of education performance. I hope to breakthrough the limit of intrinsic instructional design and probe the deep causes.The competition in world economy, in the final analysis, is a competition of human resources quality. In contemporary society are needed large numbers of skilled personnel with fruitful practical experiences who are diligent, career-respected and high-skilled. In nowadays China the shortage problem of high-skilled personnel has been a hotspot problem, which is in an urgent need to solve. The governmental agencies, the society or the individuals all have realized the importance of solving the problem. Since our country has entered WTO, high-skilled personnel who will create great wealth are an inevitable choice for our country to become a manufacture power.Higher vocational colleges are main position of training high-skilled personnel. This subject has put forward to thought and idea of combining performance technology according to the current situation of skills training of the higher vocational college and existing problem, adopting the technology method of the performance to raise the view of the education performance, which has realistic meanings to solve the present educational problem at the time of this reform to present the higher vocational education. I am trying, summarizing, reviewing and updating in teaching practice .I'm in the hope of really reflecting the using value of performance technology in the higher vocational education. Hope performance technology application in education practical can be popularized.
