As a future teacher,normal students' ability training is an important part of teacher education research and development.As a teacher's core qualities,teaching skills have a significant impact on teaching.Therefore,with the continuous deepening of basic education reforms,efforts to improve teachers' teaching skills will certainly promote the development and progress of education.At the same time,higher normal colleges and universities that are responsible for providing qualified teachers for basic education must actively face the new requirements put forward by basic education reforms,strive to cultivate excellent teachers education personnel,and upgrade the quality of the future education team.As a major component of future teachers of information technology courses,the normal level of educational technology students will inevitably affect the quality of teaching.Based on the above considerations,the author first consulted the literature and related research results;secondly,he collated and analyzed the open class classroom teaching evaluation tables in the education practice manual of the 2014 Beijing Normal University Undergraduate Educational Technology Teacher Training Class,and summed up the students' problems.Teaching skills;Finally,with reference to the evaluation criteria in the "Standard for the Teaching Skills Contest of Teacher-training Students in National Teachers' Colleges",the classification of teaching skills in this study was obtained.On this basis,the questionnaire was compiled and implemented.In the end,through the methods of investigation and research,mathematical statistics,etc.,all the research in the education technology of Shanghai Normal University [[[]in this thesis was carried out for normal students of educational technology at Shanghai Normal University,but for the sake of the names of the chapters.For the consideration of numbers,in the main text,"educational technology" is abbreviated as "teaching skill".]] The status quo of normal college students' teaching skills of information technology courses was investigated,and the problems existing in the teaching skills of normal university students in information technology courses were analyzed.Based on this,a strategy for improving the teaching skills of normal students in information technology courses was proposed.This study is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly expounding the research background,research purpose and significance of this study,as well as the research ideas andmethods;The second part summarizes the research,summarizes the definition and classification of teaching skills at home and abroad,and classifies the teaching skills of information technology.On this basis,it summarizes the teaching skills that teachers of technical education should master.The third part is about the collation and analysis of the open class classroom teaching skills evaluation table in the teaching practice manual of the 2014 Beijing Normal University undergraduate teaching technical teacher class;The fourth part is a questionnaire survey on the status quo of teaching skills for teachers of teaching skills,including the purpose of the survey,sample selection,survey methods,questionnaire design,survey conclusions,etc.;and an interview survey on the status quo of teaching skills for teachers of teaching skills.Including the purpose of the interview,sample selection,interview results,etc.;The fifth part is the strategy to improve the teaching skills of information technology courses for teachers of teaching skills.It puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of teaching skills for normal students from several aspects such as the teaching system of teacher-training students and educational practice.The sixth part is the conclusion,including the research conclusions and research insufficiency;...
