With development of the application of network communication, the micro-lecture emerged, and with its unique characteristics, terse, short but forceful. Micro-lecture effectively solves the learners’ needs. Micro-lecture makes the great impact in the field of education, explore the micro-lecture in the design and application of specific subjects has become an important topic.To sort out the current domestic and foreign research on micro-lecture, the results is not too many. This article from the high school information technology of the problems existing in the teaching, through interview and questionnaire for high school information technology course, students’ characteristics, etc., analyzes the micro-lecture for the applicability of the high school information technology courses, combined with the previous analysis, this paper discusses why and how to design the information technology skills courses of micro-lecture, then describe the production process, and made of the micro-lectures of high school information technology skills courses. The combination of micro and information technology skills class teaching fully considering the problems existing in the teaching practice. This article proposed the application of the flipped classroom based on micro lesson to information technology skills curriculum in high school, parsing the flipped classroom based on micro lesson objectives are:advocating autonomous learning, cultivate independent problem-solving skills; Task driven teaching, stimulate students interest in learning; According to their aptitude, take care of the differences of students. At the same time, as a starting point, the author builds the implementation of the flipped classroom of the high school information technology skills course based on micro-lecture, and applies micro-lectures to the teaching practice.
