According to Marxism, human development is a complex process and it is the interactive result of the physiological diathesis, social environment and education. The physiological diathesis is the physical precondition, whose development depends on education and environment. The environment has a general restrictive effect on human psychology and behaviors. The campus is the environment of educating people, which is a special classroom, silent but effective all the time and is a kind of comprehensive education force, influencing and shaping people. Conditions of campus environment in colleges and universities have a direct influence on the development of students' physical and mental health. The purpose of psychological health education in schools is to help educatees form good psychological qualities and strengthen their psychological functions, so as to promote the improvement of their total qualities and the harmonious development of personalities. Therefore, in order to put the quality education into full practice, improve the education quality and conduce to students' all-round and active development and their healthy and happy growth, colleges and universities should optimize the campus environment omnidirectionally, strengthen its latent education function and create a good educative atmosphere. Through the creation of good physical and mental environments, these will bring their inductive, shaping, normative and cultivating functions into play, the influence of which is subtle but is of great significance to the development of college students' physical and mental health.
