Jiangxi Teaching Environment Analysis And Countermeasures

According to the Ministry of Education "The comment of the implementation of teaching Quality of Undergraduate Education and the reform project of teaching" (Education High [2007] No.1) and "the comments to further deepen the reform of undergraduate teaching and to improve the Quality of Teaching comprehensively" (Education High [2007] No.2) spirit of the document, put improving the quality of teaching as the core teaching task. In order to improve teaching quality, it must take scientific development concept as a guide, firmly set up " students-based" philosophy of education, co-ordination of educational resources, Improve and coordinate environment elements, start from the point of curriculum construction and class teaching,enhance teaching and management information network level, improve the teaching management mechanism and system innovation, improve the teaching evaluation, incentives and quality control system.From the point of view of teaching, teaching environment is an important factor in teaching activities. College Physical Education should carry out "life-long physical activity awareness" of students and the ideology of "Health First". To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study the various elements of college physical teaching environment, identify deficiencies and suggest its countermeasures improvements, Jiangxi Province is a red old area, economically underdeveloped, it is the bottleneck of restricting scientific development of college environment construction in Jiangxi. But with the implementation of central China's rising plan, bring opportunities and challenges to the colleges in Jiangxi Province, how to grasp the opportunity to quickly build a hard environment, coordinate and develop the soft environment, How to reach the optimum, we need to investigate and explore.In this study, use literature, questionnaire, interview, statistics, logical reasoning and other research methods on the college physical teaching environment in the Jiangxi Province and its influence factors for theoretical exploration and practice. The study results show, Jiangxi Province college physical teaching environment shows the following phenomena:1.lack of sports facilities of universities, satisfaction with the environment facilities of teachers and students is not high; venue facilities of funds; business ideas is behind.2. the interrelation environment of college physical teaching Jiangxi province is inadequate, the management needs to be improved. Reflecting the relationship between teachers and students of the most basic type atmosphere should be improved.3. the teaching idar and teaching concept of college teachers of Jiangxi province are more developed, are able to meet the ideas of modern physical education, is advancing with the times, to meet the Instruction idea of modern Physical Education.4. The sports management system of Jiangxi college is not perfect, the school leaders do not pay enough attention to the quality of general physical education.5. Physical education evaluation mechanisms are still in disagreement between teachers and students, that there is room for improvement and perfection.6. The Sports information and service platform of Jiangxi College is not perfect, affecting the health pursue needs of students.In the research process, according to the present situation of teaching environment in Jiangxi Province, correspond countermeasures. make modest contributions for the optimal teaching environment, to improve the level of Physical Education, to promote the science development of Physical teaching environmental, especially in less developed areas teaching environment and sports teaching environment optimize scientific development. Also provide useful help for scientific development of teaching environment of other Colleges.
