Along with the market economy establishment the dominant position gradually in our country , human's job selection independency is more and more better. How to determinate the entering or transformation occupation according to the request of human resources market, is the question which the present university graduates must be facing. This research take the self- efficacy theory as the spot, take the development process of career decision -making self–efficacy theory as the clue, take the concept and content of career decision -making self–efficacy theory as the center, elaborated the career decision -making self–efficacy theory as well as predecessor's research results gradually, lays the rationale for this research .These days the employment situations of our country's graduate students is terrible, presents for the aspect which is bigger than asks, this can also cause the job selection anxiety in the certain degree .So how the university student's job selection anxiety affects the career decision -making self–efficacy, what connection between them, how enlightenment this can give the university graduate are the content of this study.The study is according to the questionnaire survey to the students near graduation (senior and the second year of the postgraduate, the third year of the postgraduate). The study analyzed the data with SPSS11.5 for Windows by way of descriptive statistics, compare means, correlation analysis and step regression analysis. The results showed that:1. Presently, our country's university students near graduation have the certain degree job selection anxiety ,among these, worried to the employment prospect is seriously.2 The nearly graduate students'career decision -making self–efficacy is in the medium level, the self- appraisal scores is highest, the choice goal scores is lowest.3. In population statistics variable, whether only child, whether found the work as well as the parents occupation is the important attribute which affecting the nearly graduate students'career decision -making self–efficacy, the population statistics variable of degree, gender, specialty, nationality and so on are not significant difference on career decision -making self–efficacy4. Correlation analysis showed that significant negative correlation existed among the nearly graduate students'job selection anxiety and the career decision -making self–efficacy . The five dimensions of the career decision -making self–efficacy and the the four dimensions of job selection anxiety also have significant negative correlation .5.The nearly graduate students of different job selection anxiety group have the significant difference in the career decision -making self–efficacy's total score and various dimensions. The graduate students'career decision -making self–efficacy of low anxiety group is higher than medium and high group.6.Step regression analysis indicated both the four dimensions of job selection anxiety and some population statistics variable could predict the career decision -making self–efficacy's total score and various dimensions.
