A profitable target of new turn of country elementary education curriculum reforms is initiates the student to participate own initiative inquires into the study. As an important constituent of standard of physical curriculum, inquiry learning obtained the unprecedented value in the new physical teaching. A lot of teachers have positively launched the teaching practice about the inquiry teaching and have obtained the certain achievement, but simultaneously also exist many deficiency, For instance the teacher is unable to stimulate the student's interest to inquire , because of the teaching duty and limit of the equipment, only in the part of introducing question proposed the practice question and organize the students to discuss then thought that it was carrying on inquiry teaching, can not instruct the student's independently inquiry learning timely, communicate with the students was insufficient and so on. But the characteristic of IT which centering on multi-media computer and their network, for example providing rich nets on resource , the various information processing implement, real-time, be not the real- time exchange implement , the space that information announces etc. , has provided strong advantageous support for resolving the problem above. The text combine IT into physics inquiry teaching in high schools on a basis of analysis and practice, have discussed implementation strategies of IT on physics inquiry teaching in high schools, and have contrasted and analyzed the practice.This text is composed by five parts.Part I has set forth how to bring forward the issue and the current situation studying of the problem. On the basis of analysis of the defects of inquiry teaching at present and the necessity of putting inquiry teaching into physics practice in high schools , draw forth the important effect of IT to improve the current situation of practice of inquiry teaching and boost the favoring practice of inquiry teaching , consequently bring forth the questions. And the text set forth the current situation of the application of IT in physics inquiry teaching in high schools form two aspects : literature investigate and practice investigate, at present the application of IT in physics inquiry teaching in high schools has focused on to using information to create circumstances mainly .Part II goes deep into the theory basic of the text. firstly Sum up the main teaching function of IT to physics inquiry teaching on the base of the analysis of it, for example explode the interest and fervency of the students to inquire physics phenomenon , create circumstances, promotes the exchange between teacher and student , provides rich network resource for the student and so on. Secondly parse the meaning of the inquiry teaching , dissertate the development of inquiry teaching : pragmatistic inquiry teaching theory , information processism inquiry teaching theory, humanism inquiry teaching theory and architectural inquiry teaching theory. And then do the comparative analysis on tradition physics teaching and new physics course, discussed the bottleneck of tradition physics teaching's , the change of the new course idea relative to tradition physics course concept, attach importance to development of entire student , emphasize the connection with actual, attach importance to inquiry and infiltration of subject , constructing new valuation with discipline. Finally Have discussed the significance of IT apply to physics inquiry teaching in high schools.The main body of this thesis is in the third and fourth parts.Part III emphasizes the implementation strategies of IT applying in inquiry teaching. There are some principles need to follow when making use of medium to assist classroom teaching, respectively for development principle , comprehensiveness principle , economy principle and teaching optimization principle, the teacher is going to consider all above principle in the inquiry teaching to accomplish an optimization grouping to the full. Student's scientific inquiry process contains several the following key elements: Bring forward problem , carry through suspicions and hypothesis , make a plan and designing an experiment , carrying out an experiment and collecting datum, analyze and demonstration , estimate , communicate and the cooperation. The text make embedded analysis to the above key element and respectively bring forward suggestion that make use of IT to introduce problem, lead student to conjecture and hypothesis, design experiment, collect data, show experiment achievement, valuation, exchange mind and cooperation , and introduce IT that related in every step, then analyze the effect and apply tactics of IT to physics inquiry teaching in high schools.Part IV has been a part that teaching carries out, the author has chosen two class of junior high school of the fifth high school of Ji Nan City second day age to carried out the contrast experiment, and carrying out practice of inquiry teaching. And for much better explanation, the author detailedly list the design flow and classroom teaching step of the intensity of pressure which the one of course of the author have participate, and carry through the questionnaire investigation and interview to the students to investigate the teaching effect, so that to find out the instance of study of student, and have carried out datum stat to investigate whether or not the student has interest in independent inquiry. In practice period the author have participated in many design and implement of inquiry teaching, such as the production and diffusion of voice, the characteristic of plane mirror's image, the principle of optical lens imaging, the balance condition of two force, and through the contrast of two class's achievement to explain the validity of the strategies. Finally the author have set forth the problem of the practice and resolving way.Part V is the summary to the text and looks into the distance. Mainly summed up research result and innovative point of the text, and have been looked into the distance for effect of IT in physics inquiry teaching in high schools, the author believed that along with education reform deepens and appraise of teaching change, under the support of IT, the physics inquiry teaching in high schools is sure to have much better development.
