Design And Implementation Of Postgraduate Project Implementation Guidance Management System

Postgraduate education is the highest education in higher education.The cultivation of graduate students' ability to innovate and combine theory with practice has become an important part of the quality of postgraduate education in colleges and universities.In recent years,the enrollment scale of graduate students in colleges and universities in China has been constantly increasing,and the traditional mode of graduate education management,supervision and cultivation has brought a lot of troubles to managers,supervisors and students.With the rapid development of the information age,China has put forward the talent cultivation strategy of new engineering,new finance,new humanities and so on.While cultivating the theoretical innovation ability of university graduates,it is necessary to improve their project practice ability.By carrying out the project practice and participating in the project implementation under the guidance of the tutor,the level of project practice ability and the sense of teamwork of the graduate students have been improved.In this way,the supervision efficiency and path of the management department of the university on the postgraduate training process are effectively realized,and the quality of postgraduate education and training is improved.This paper analyzes,researches and designs a management system for the process of guiding the implementation of graduate students' participation in the project,which is used to assist the tutor in the process of guiding the implementation of graduate students' project,conducting statistical analysis and supervising the management departments in the process of graduate students' cultivation.The design of this system mainly considers how to further strengthen the guidance and management of tutors by participating in the implementation process of graduate projects,and comprehensively evaluate the participation of graduate students in the implementation process,so as to improve the practical application ability of graduate students and the cultivation quality of graduate students.The following is the main discussion and research work on the design and implementation of the project implementation guidance process management system:(1)Relevant technologies and theoretical methods involved in the system design and implementation are analyzed.Management status of guidance for graduate students to participate in the project implementation process is analyzed,the problems existing in the traditional way of mentor to guide and mentor to guide the whole process of graduate students can't form a continuous data recording,back when queried mentor to guide the graduate student's situation in the future is difficult,and instruct the mentor graduate management is also difficult to graduate process regulation.(2)Detailed analysis of the process management system for the implementation guidance of graduate students participating in the project is made from the two aspects of the business process and business use cases of the system.The business of the system mainly includes project document database business,project implementation process guidance business,project implementation process comprehensive evaluation,project implementation guidance statistical analysis business.Business case main participants of the various business and related cases are analyzed,the methods of interview and literature construction of graduate students to participate in the practice project implementation of the evaluation indexes,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish the evaluation index weight calculation,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,finally realizes can correct reactions involved in the implementation of the practice project of graduate level and project implementation ability to improve the problem.(3)Detailed introduction is made to the business analysis and design of the implementation guidance process management system for graduate students participating in the project.This paper briefly introduces the architecture and environment of this system,introduces the class and interface design and database design of the system in detail,and introduces the participation algorithm design of graduate students participating in the implementation of the project in detail.(4)Implementation of the project implementation guidance process management system for graduate students is introduced.This paper introduces the realization logic and display interface of the main business project document database,project implementation process guidance,project implementation process comprehensive evaluation,project implementation guidance statistical analysis.The realization of this system has changed the traditional project implementation guidance work of the postgraduate guided by the tutor,not only from the offline guidance to the online guidance,the tutor has a detailed and accurate record of the postgraduate guidance process,when there is a problem between the tutor and the graduate students to trace the source provides a basis.At the same time,it also provides data support for the management department to understand and master the situation of tutors' guidance to graduate students.
