Trust is the footstone of human being's civilization. It has a lot of social functions and it is indispensable for human being's social life. So the problem about trust is becoming a hot international topic. Academic discussion can not only improve people's thought about trustful problem, but also make people have the further understand for the realistic field. At present, our country is suffering common trustful crisis, it makes Chinese social science field face the theoretic and realistic challenges and also makes trustful problem become focus of all the society.It is sorrow that trustful crisis is commonly appearing nowadays Chinese country field. The trustful problem of country officials is the keystone of country construction, and it can even affect country construction directly. But it is influenced by many aspects. It is unavoidable to the reality that there is no balance between officials and peasants. So we see this kind of reality: now the quality of trustful relationship of Chinese country officials is changing. The relationship between officials and peasants is involved in serious deep end. The idiographic representation is that: the interpersonal trust as maintaining the stabilization of the relationship between officials and peasants has decreased. Calculation trust which is mainly to pursue benefits is prospering gradually. Otherwise, system trust which ensures the balance of these two aspects didn't establish. So it destroyed original trust system, and finally it caused serious deep end of relationship between officials and peasants. Serious country reality demands we have to reform the systems and have to strengthen construction of trust. Only in this way, the relationship between officials and peasants can walk out deep end which losses trust. The construction of harmonious countries has the chance to come true.Facing to the above problems, the author will do the research stage by stage in the following chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. It mainly sets out form theory and reality and puts forward the problems which need to research. It also points out the significance of problems which are to research and do a foundation for the following context. The second chapter is the general statement of literature. It does a general statement to the research which has done about interpersonal trust and the trust of country officials in China, and the author does the further think on this foundation. The third chapter points out essay's research methods and essential structure. It makes the readers have a general lineament. It has an important influence. The fourth chapter points out that nowadays the constitution and quality of main body of Chinese country officials and peasants have changed. In this situation, trustful relationship of country officials and peasants also has the new change. This offers a certain realistic background for forming new trustful mood between official and peasants. In the fifth chapter, the author describes the general condition of nowadays country trust between officials and peasants in some area.
