In recent years,with social development and continuously push forward the reform of basic education,"assisting house" which contains more educational elements appearance in people's life.For many parents to provide students with a good scope for development,send their children to "assisting house" receive the education assistance,in order to improve the student's academic performance and social skills.As a social phenomenon,"assisting house" impact on people's daily life directly,give people a new perspective to think about the problems from family life, school education and some of the social regulatory agencies.This thesis employed the qualitative research method and made a case study of four education counseling social institutions in a city of Shandong Province.This thesis first introduces these ten persons' who have a job in "assisting house" and these experiences separately by means of narrative,these ten perpons have their own social station,some of them are manager of "assisting house" who introduced the reseasons to set up the institution and the characters of "assisting house";some of them are counseling teacher and school teacher who introduced their attitude of "assisting house";some of them are parents and students who shown the reseans to choice "assisting house" and changes in their life.Then it is going to analyze the influence of "assisting house" by using sociological theories,such as social stratification, individual socialization,family socialization.Under sociological view,the social influence of "assisting house" mainly includes the following several aspects,First,the changes which brings to the family:help to reduce the feminizes life pressure in the working couples family;help to strengthen the female's the economic status in the family;help to compensates child's partial family sentiment flaw;help to provide some social conditions for the only child to develop healthy personality;help to promote child's socialization progress;Next,to school influences: impact on the structure of the cultural transmission and the education authority that school is on the center;give to school some effective educational supplementary;Once more,promote education administration departments to reconsideration.In the analysis social impact on the foundation of "assisting house",this article further explored the "assisting house" and how to better development,it should take the following measures:First of all,"assisting house" take the initiative measures to strengthen and improve its own building,mainly include:to carry out appropriate safety education to further protect the safety and health of students;try to employ male teachers,and carry out appropriate psychological counseling;beautify the students' learning environment;relevant staff should correctly understand the quality of education; Secondly,the education administration departments give the "assisting house" to the record management;Again,set up a fixed feedback mechanisms between the parents and "assisting house".This thesis looked "assisting house" which is closely related with the education unofficial social organization by the sociological view,attempt to seek for the educational sociology research value which contains in this social phenomenon,discusse the influences which brings to the people social life.Under normal circumstances,the power and the idea of education meet with the social reality of the time,a variety the interpretation and understanding of education may be a departure from the educational theory advocated by the mind,it will guide people toward another extreme.This is neither the creator of education theory would like to see,nor is the practicer of education theory want to do.In this study,the people with different social roles has a different understanding of quality education in the interview,the different understanding will led to the complexity education scene and social phenomena emergence of,put some impacts on the development of individuals.It is not only the education should be thought-provoking,but also the society should pay more attention.
