With the market economy dominant position established gradually in our country, independence is greater and greater in choosing a job of people. It becomes a conspicuous problem that contemporary graduates run into difficulties on obtaining employment. There are two important reasons in which. One side is objective factors, such as the surplus of human resources for every college expanded their recruitment scope successively in the past years, the separation of the college education from market requirement, and so on. The other side, there are some reasons coming from graduates themselves, namely, passive psychology and narrow range in career selection. Besides, the psychological problem as anxiety, tense and puzzle often appear in the course of obtaining employment. These problems reflect that contemporary graduates have not prepared for their obtaining employment. Not only career knowledge and skill, but the confidence in career ability is deficient to them. The latter is the important factor that graduates have above-mentioned problem in career pursuit. These problems that graduates have meet need college's guidance offer help to them. Therefore, the study is particularly important how the theory of self-efficacy apply to career field. It is a question that graduates have to face now, how acts according to the human resources markets request, state, personal characterized attribute to make sure the transpositional job. The system of education in our country caused the students to spend them a large amount of time in the study, they have not enough time and chance to self- excavation, self-appraisal, this causes most students feel uncertain on facing employment and what they want. Much research to indicate with high-level self-efficacy 's individual has the behavioral insistence,the diligent intensity,and final achievement behavior being better than the individual with low-level self-efficacy.The career self-efficacy theory's essence is an occupational social learning theory; the career self-efficacy can be got or strengthened through learning, and having its concrete information source. It is good for enhancing the career self-efficacy of individual, and intervening the individual career behavior to offer the channel。It is helpful to establish one kind of effective occupation intervention pattern. This is great significance to modern society. The career self-efficacy is playing the important core and driving function in a person's occupational selection and development. Study the connotation and current situation of university student's career self-efficacy; analyze the relation between university student's career self-efficacy and parenting styles. There are three advantages. Firstly, it is helpful to constructs the our country 's university students 'self-efficacy model, promoting the research of career self-efficiency thoroughly in our country; secondly, trace back to the relation between career self-efficacy and parenting styles, it is helpful to regarding home education as the breakthrough point in the work of vocational guidance in the future, and then training individual health,positive career self-efficacy; thirdly, the research of career self-efficacy is helpful to develop universities career guidance, can find out about the change course of university student's self-efficacy through filing year by year, and then offer reference for university's careers guidance work. Therefore, Parents' education way impact on university student's career self-efficacy, it is a subject for research that has practice value very much.This thesis's demonstration part main purpose is examining and developing the career self-efficacy theory under our country's culture background; discovering the unique performance of university student's self-efficacy; and then clarification Parents' education way impact on university student's career self-efficacy. Have proposed five assumptions according to the purpose of studying:1 Under China's culture background, there are obvious different between male and female students in the total sense of career self-efficacy.2 There are obvious sex different in the career self-efficacy between traditional male career and traditional female career.3 There are obvious different in the career self-efficacy of different major, region (the source of students) of university students.4 Different parents' schooling influences university student's career self-efficacy, even mother's schooling is greater.5 The relation between the parent's style and university student's career self-efficacy, and present positive correlation."career self-efficacy meter revision"is mainly with the regulation career self-efficacy theory to career self-efficacy determination, for instance, career self-efficacy 's level and intension,arrangement and so on. The subject of choosing is the Ji Lin University grade one to grade four students, between the liberal arts and science students. It controls about 20 people of each major and each grade. The parent's style meter established by Perris (1980), and revised by our country's scholar Yue Dongmei, etc. Use SPSS11.5/for windows to input and analyze the data. This thesis puts forwards hypotheses to parent's style influence university student's career self-efficacy.From the results of this thesis we can find:1 There is obvious different between male and female in the total sense of career self-efficacy, female is lower than male obviously.2 There are obvious sex different between traditional male career and traditional female career.3 There are obvious sex different in work responsibility of career self-efficacy.4 There are obvious different between the liberal arts and science students in the total sense of career self-efficacy.5 Come from different region university student in work responsibility of career self-efficacy is greater different than education request.6 There are obvious different that is mother's different schooling in education request of university students 'career self-efficacy, and there are different between university of mothers 'schooling and junior high school,elementary school of mothers ' schooling obviously in education request.7 Both work responsibility and education request are all relative with the warming emotion and the understanding of parent's style, and present positive correlation.
