According to the context of chemical education reform, Bandura's self-efficacy theory as a guide, through the questionnaire by Suzhou Vocational High School with 107 students, this paper investigates the students current state in the study of chemical self-efficacy, and analyses the impact of learning self-efficacy and gives suggestions how to factor in the the effective practice of teaching students to improve chemical self-efficacy, to help students learn to establish confidence in the chemical, and promote all-round development of students.Firstly, it analyses the characteristics of learning chemistry. Then it studies the basic principle of training chemical self-efficacy for high school students and basic methods and strategies for improving the chemical self-efficacy. The basic methods and strategies included to develop good study habits, personalized and co-operation combined, and linking evaluation on the efficacy of development and positive self-attribution. The paper also studies the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and students self-efficacy, and explores the basic method to improve the teachers self-efficacy. The paper will give help and assistance to the teacher's teaching and the student's learning.
