As a developing of higher education management organizational reforming and service socialization, the traditional formal organizations in college, such as classes and student unions, trend to lost their powers. Student association which created by themselves absorbed students to together and also brought out a new way for educators to raise their levels of student management. Entering a new age, the study about college student associations developed deeply and fecundity. But in all, there are more actuality studies than theoretical studies, more accounting questions than advices, more quantitative research than qualitative research. And theoretical comprehensive researches were deficient.This thesis analyzed the defects of student association in colleges by after a hardly study with predecessors' researches .College student association, as an important part of social association, was unable to neglect the affects from social development out said.
