China is carrying on the basic education curriculum reform now which is an important matter in our educational history. It has aroused the entire society's widespread interest and the intense argument. In this article, the author will mainly borrow the view angle and analysis about the curriculum reform which in the circumstance of social transition and the modernized advancement. The author thinks the social roots of the curriculum reform are our country social class structure change and "developing country" status in the world. Social class structure change directly urges the change of words power on various curricula knowledge view in this curriculum reform. What's more, the status of "developing country" initiates "the late-development effect" to domain of curriculum reform. These two aspects factor does together uses in the basic education curriculum reform, and these two aspects factor had intrinsically decided the tendency of our curriculum reform in the future. In the field of curriculum management, the centralization and divide in power is coexists. In the field of curriculum knowledge, it presents the urbanization and the practical application. And the moral education and humanity education will unceasingly strengthen.
