| Qualitative method is adopted in this study, which involves observing in the field and talking with the teachers, the parents and children. The concept, feature, function and cause analysis are put into practise in the research about QianRang behavior among children, and presented QianRang behavior in teachers' view.As to the concept study, the so-called QianRang behavior is defined as a kind of prosocial behavior that when conflict produced between both sides of children because of some common liked or needed resources, such as product, role, space etc, one of them actively gives the resource to the other.In the feature study, classification is adopted. The behavior is classified into utility type or non-utility type on the child's behavior motive base and material resources or non-material resources on the behavior topic base. Moreover, total description is made as follows: good friendas the object is predominant——aim at the subject of QianRang; the behavior of girls is more thanboys'——aim at the object of QianRang; the non-speech type as the predominant way of whichthe behavior carries out——aim at the realizing way of the behavior.As to the cause study, young child's self factors and external factors are analyzed. The external factors are divided into direct influence factor and indirect influence factor, and carried on a study respectively.According to a path of the classical structure function doctrine theory, the function of the behavior included positive function and negative function two aspects.In QianRang behavior in teachers' view study, presented that in teachers' opinion, what is QianRang, how to teach children to learn the behavior, what is the ideal state of children's QianRang behavior.Finally, the researcher makes a introspection of children's QianRang and adults' QianRang, QianRang in Chinese traditional culture, the "good child" direction and the research itself. |
