Focusing on inclusive education in American, The thesis demonstrates the history of inclusive education in America analyzes the current disputes of inclusive education and attempts to reveal the nature of inclusive education. As a conclusion, the best education is fitting for the nature of children.The thesis is divided into four parts,Chapter 1: The principle of inclusive education. This chapter first makes clear the definition of inclusive education, and then describes the principles of inclusive educationChapter 2: The background of American inclusive education. This chapter introduces the background of American inclusive education from social culture and academic research.Chapter 3: The history of inclusive education in American. Beginning with the inclusive education policy, this chapter describes the history of inclusive education in America, which can be roughly divided into three stages: mainstreaming, the regular education initiative and inclusive education.Chapter 4: Contemporary disputes and revelations of inclusive education in American. The chapter illustrates the contemporary contradictions and disputes of inclusive education, and concludes that the best education is the most appropriate education, not related with the educational placement of children with special needs.In conclusion, the thesis reflects the significance of inclusive education.
