The development of special higher education in China has more than twenty years, from the education system, the education in our country has been divided into general education and special schools. To research these two kind of educational constitution from inclusive education development perspective, there are still many regret and the insufficiency, and inclusive campus conforming to the trend of special education, inclusive campus is inclusive education micro practice place, is a "zero exclusion", "all inclusive" campus.Based on this background, this paper is from the point of view of deaf college students adaptability perspective, taking Tianjin University of Technology School of deaf college students as the research object, combined with social adaptation theory, inclusive education theory, constructivism theory, field theory, to develop inclusive school construction research. First of all, to adapt to the situation of deaf college students "Questionnaire" as the tool, the measurement of Tianjin University of Technology School of deaf students to adapt to the situation of the school, the latitude to adapt to the situation. Because of their physiological defects caused by the deaf students communication ability is weak in the campus environment, learning,, lead to a short period of time through their own debugging adapt to school life, so it is urgent to inclusive campus environment construction as a guarantee. Secondly, based on the deaf college students, college students, hearing interviews dialysis teachers, the teaching support service personnel, the humanities environment, life support the status quo and existing concrete problems, in order to build for the deaf students in inclusive school environment. Finally, the research results provide theoretical and data support for the development of inclusive education.The research draws the following conclusions:(1) Chinese deaf students to adapt to the situation is not ideal; (2) the deaf college students campus environment, interpersonal relationship, curriculum learning adaptability are ill; (3) with the grade increased, the latitude to adapt the situation has improved, but the campus environment, interpersonal relationship, course of study is still lower than the all other scores. (4) the deaf college students honesty to inclusive humanistic environment and improve the special teaching support system, building an inclusive and harmonious and healthy life supporting system as a guarantee.In view of the above conclusion, through improving the deaf college students’ comprehensive quality and ability, perfect inclusive school construction from the following three aspects:(1) from the development of special teaching strategies, teaching methods, effective advanced teaching means to improve the special teaching support system; (2) and normal hearing group from the perspective of communication, integration and language, humanistic care, mental health a multi perspective analysis of constructing harmonious inclusive inclusive school humanistic environment; (3) starts with the construction of barrier free dormitory, canteen, convenient and intelligent entertainment environment and safe school, building inclusive school life support system of multivariate idea.
