The construction of a harmonious socialist society is a constant process of solving the social conflict.The change of the social relationship on behalf of the benefits of different social communities, and the change of benefits on behalf of the different social communities, all this have a direct influence on the whole process of the construction of a harmonious socialist society.So to study the meditation between the benefits of different social groups, to work out a principle to solve the social conflict, to meditate the relationship between different social groups on behalf of different social benefits, to solve the conflict on benefits, to ensure the harmonious function of the society, and to build up a harmonious socialist society, all these are significant both in theory and in practice.The thesis can be divided into the following four parts:The first part is about the introduction. Starting from a point of view of the social conflict on benefits which can be seen wherever in society, the author gives an analysis on the change of social relationship on benefits in recent stage and the attention given to the problem of solving the social conflicts by Communist Party, thus causing a discussion on working out a long-run principle of solving the social conflicts on benefits.The second part is about an analysis on the annotation the long-run working principle of solving the social conflicts on benefits.
