Study On Conflicts In Public Field Of Rural Areas And Their Dissolving Mechanisms With The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

Transitional period is not only development opportunities, also contradiction outburst for China. In rural areas, various contradictions, especially mass incidents are serious. This phenomenon highlights that the study of rural conflicts and their resolving mechanisms is necessary and urgent. As the research of "building a harmonious society" constantly deepen in academic community, more and more scholars begin to focus on the social conflicts restricting social harmony. And then rural conflicts in rural areas as an important component of social contradictions also begin to enter our horizon and gradually become a new hotspot.In this paper, based on the latest theoretical achievements of harmonious society and rural conflicts, normative research and empirical analysis are adopted. And the theoretical foundations are harmonious socialist society theory, Mao Zedong two contradictory theories, and social conflict theory. To build socialism New Harmonious Countryside as a object, form the perspective of peasants'action units and with the research starting point of rural conflicts in rural public domains in North West, the paper explores value orientation and strategies of dissolving rural contradictions in rural public fields on the basis of investigation and analysis of status of rural public conflicts and small kinship behaviors.Rural public area conflict in North West has its own characteristic, small relatives are basic action unit of this region; in public domain the rural contradictions are obvious in North West China, which highlighted in village elections, village affairs not open to the public, collective enterprises contracting and mountain minerals contract; there are great relevant between rural public conflicts and small relatives action, and rational behavior of small relatives will help to resolve contradictions in the public domain.So, the value orientation of resolving rural contradictions in rural public fields is proposed by Golden of justice and efficiency, integration of rule by law and the new rule by man, and people-oriented idea. And the suggestions mainly include:to build harmonious culture; guide peasants to establish proper values; to promote rural democratic process, strengthen the building of grassroots organizations in rural areas; optimum small relatives'actions, form the habits of scientifically avoiding risks; to establish effective mechanisms to dissolving conflicts with the purpose of social harmony.
