Research For The Colleges Logistics Corp. Sustainable Development

As our higher education changing from an elite one to a popular one, it has got prompt development. The university logistics market is turning from being closed to be open because of the trend that higher education is becoming more popular , international, diversified, market-oriented and modernized. In the new situation, Logistics Corp. as the main part of university and colleges is confronted with challenge. Study on the sustainable development strategy of university Logistics Corp. is of great value in theory and in reality for it to adapt to the need of higher education reforms, shift operation mechanism, found scientific management model and organization pattern, realize scientific management, cultivate and develop core competition and form the advantage market competition.By studying on the university logistics reform and development, this paper points out the object and the items for sustainable development strategy. Also, it designs evaluation model and evaluation system of the sustainable development capability. It provides the system for setting up the university logistics service according to the Chinese situation and the settle method of solving the questions and contradictions between the reform and reality.The main contents of this paper is as followings: the situation of university logistics reform and the choice of sustainable development strategy patterns, the build-up of university logistics management model, the comparative study on university logistic structural model, the value system and value model build-up of sustainable development capability and the countmeasure for realization. The paper analyzes on emphasis the reform steps and exiting problems and it says the university logistics management model both inside and outside. The paper makes it clear that the rules our university logistics should take and the object of management model. It debates on the organization model of our university logistics. On the base of these, it analyzes our university logistics organization model and the factors that effect university logistics sustainable development to build up the evaluation model of our university logistics sustainable development. In the end, it points out the relating measures about our university logistics corp. development.
