Research On Logistics Financial Management System Of A University In Guangzhou From The Perspective Of New Public Management

Logistics financial management in universities is an important part of the financial work in Colleges and universities,planning in universities,the attribute of public management under the framework of operation and development,and the financial management of colleges and universities depend on each other at the same time,logistics and financial management is the core content of logistics management,logistics management and development plays an important role.How to straighten out the logistics of colleges and universities at all levels of financial relationships,effective management of logistics finance and supervision,optimizing the logistics and financial management system to better meet the requirements of reform under the new situation,simultaneously enhance the social benefits and economic benefits of the logistics of colleges and universities,and realize the sustainable development of university logistics,is an important issue to be discussed at present.After more than 10 years of social reform in A University Logistics in Guangzhou,a complete logistics and financial management system has been basically formed.At the same time,in the face of both the need to protect the logistics services and seek the necessary space for survival,the logistics and financial management development suffered a bottleneck.Based on this,this paper facing series of reforms in the University,on the basis of the new public management theory and internal control theory framework,the case study on the financial management system of A University Logistics in Guangzhou from Perspective of new public management,discuss how to innovate logistics financial management mechanism,strengthen the financial supervision function,improve the overall quality of accounting the team,to improve and optimize the financial management system of A University Logistics in Guangzhou city.
