As we all know, traditional Chinese society mainly treats the marriage and family as a kind of system and obligation, the people only regard it as one of the most important part in the relations of patriarchal clan system society, and they pay less attention on the feelings of marriage. Confucianism attaches great importance to the relationship between husband and wife, regarding it as " the start of humanity, the beginning of community ". Furthermore, they take the bud of marriage as a base and the consanguinity as a center to set up a series of integral social system. So, there is a saying: "It's home that is the essence of nature ". The stability of family is the beginning of everything. "Order the family, run the country, peace the world." as the ideal targets of people's life, also reflects the orders of putting them into practice. From this point of view, they identify the moral of fealty as a core to develop some ethic criterions, which based on the family, such as Mr., sir, man and so on. On account of this, there is an obviously ethic feature in Chinese traditional marriage family: To father, son should respect and submit to. To husband, wife should obey and submit to. To order, younger should be friendly and submit to.Until now, with the overwhelming crash of the market-oriented economy, the influence of polarization and movement, and the collision between local culture and foreign culture, marriage and family life in the contemporary China is experiencing remarkable changes gradually and painfully. Since the 1980s, there have been some new directions and new tendencies in the Chinese marriage family, which could be summarized as the following: the diversity of marriage family pattern, the decline of barycenter and the change of axes in family ethic relationship, the sensation of marriage family life, the descend of stability of marriage family life, the development of the relationship between husband and wife, etc. Those tendencies represent in the practical life through those complicate phenomenon: the increasing rate of divorce, free sex behavior, giving birth (parturition) unmarried, cohabitation, bachelordom, homosexuality, single-parent family and so on.The new tendencies and new problems emerged in the area of marriage family life unavoidably impact the conformation of marriage family ethic, such as the harmony of family and to be in the same camp, which trigger off the fiercely combat between national standard or individual standard and obligation in the first place or right in the first place. So we put forward an epoch task that transforms the ethic of traditional marriage family. Thus, to solve those problems what we should do is to think it logically, to reflect the moral of philosophy, to establish a new innovative ethic of marriage family.
