At present, the development and reform of education has become an important strategy to deal with the keen international competition. In the tide of curriculum reform of the world, many countries have introduced a programmatic document for the curriculum reform of basic education and the new curriculum standards, China is no exception. In Chinese curriculum reform, our country enacted Chinese Curriculum Standard for Nine-year Compulsory Education(Test) in2001,promulgated Chinese Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High School(Test) in2003,and enacted Chinese Curriculum Standard for Nine-year Compulsory Education(2011) in2011.At the same time, China also enacted Curriculum Standard of Chinese National Minority Primary and Middle School (Trial Implementation) in2006. Chinese teaching, on the one hand, as the Chinese commen language, Chinese language teaching for Chinese-speaking students and Chinese as the second language for minority students, have a common specification and requirements; On the other hand, Chinese-speaking students and Chinese as the second language minority students, the teaching methods and requirements have their characteristics. As a guidance document for teaching the course standard, should be suitable for the Chinese-speaking students and the Chinese as a second language minority students in their learning characteristics and rules.Based on the Chinese Curriculum Standard and the Curriculum Standard of Chinese National Minority Primary and Middle as an example, comparative study on the background, the basic framework, the teaching target and implementation of a multi-angle comparison research to analyze both the commonness and difference of curriculum standard, thus to inspire Chinese course and Chinese course reform in our country.The first chapter to analysis and comparison on the background of two curriculum standards. The two are a product of elementary education reform, but due to the teaching objects and problems existing in the teaching of different, the cause of the reform is also slightly different.The second chapter analyzes the basic framework of them. The Chinese curriculum standard is divided into compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard and ordinary high school language curriculum standards, and the national minority Chinese curriculum standard is the primary school, middle school and high school integration.The third chapter analyzes the teaching goal. Teaching goal is divided into oral communication, reading and writing, reading, writing, comprehensive learning are compared, from which we can see that the request is higher of whose mother tongue is Chinese, minority students is low.The fourth chapter analysis the implementation proposal of them, which was presented according to the teaching goal. Advice on teaching, in terms of practicality and comprehensive Chinese language teaching requirements should be higher than Chinese national minority teaching; In the evaluation of proposals, Chinese national minority curriculum standard proposed to strengthen the evaluation of the level of teaching Chinese teachers; In terms of textbook compilation, Chinese curriculum standard puts forward should be combined feature and select and compile; In the aspect of curriculum development and utilization of resources of suggestion, the basic which is similar.The fifth chapter got several conclusions based on the analysis of above chapters. First, in the Chinese national minority teaching language teaching and culture teachings should pay equal attention to; Second, we must grasp the pattern of teaching Chinese as a second language in minority nationality areas. At the same time, this thesis also pointed out that they can learn from each other of the the development of philosophy in the teacher evaluation method and the ability of students, and both the deficiencies of the evaluation and the methods to determine the course in the teaching goal.
