Analysis Of Current Situation And Counter-measurement Instruction On Openness Of College Gymnasium In Jiangxi Province

Recent years, as the improvement of people's living standard and the thorough implement of"law of physical education"and"popular fitness plan", the consciousness of fitness and healthy lifestyle is advanced, the demand of exercise is enhancing rapidly. This caused the already opened physical facilities hard to adapt to the raising demand. In order to settle the problem, on one hand, more investment and construction should be put on the facilities by no means, and make it social shared, on the other hand, imploring the existing resource, particularly making full use of college gymnasium, and building a convenient exercise environment is especially important. College gymnasium is an important part of the social resource, they are left unused most of the time, besides in the use of class and extracurricular, this is a sharp contract of bad lack of facilities in civil body exercise program, and the situation urgently demands college gymnasium to be opened to society, and thus mitigate the inconsistency.This article generally used the method of documentation study, interview, questionnaire, symbolic stat, logic analysis to investigate the situation of openness, management style and status in some colleges in jiangxi province, proposed suggestions and probed into the suitable countermeasures of openness of college gymnasium.The investigation shows that:①college gymnasiums in Jiangxi province have been opened in vary extent ,but most are partly opened, mostly to their students ,this is not socially opened properly.②It is a trend that gymnasium should be opened to society compulsory③Damage and inconvenience thus caused to gymnasium and students is the main problem.④teachers, students in college and mass are all in positive attitude towards the openness of college gymnasium⑤because in defect of effective management of college gymnasium, colleges in Jiangxi province are in bad revenue.⑥t he main factor influences teachers in college working as social physical instructor is that they are not invited by community physical organization ,and most of them are willing to be work as instructor with payment.
