Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Public Stadium And Gymnasium In Management And Administration Of Urban Districts In Henan Province

The public stadium and gymnasium have important function in the modern society. It is the base for the national fitness , platform for the development of the sports industry, place for mass gathering and the demonstration of comprehensive economic power. The opening situation of the public stadium and gymnasium has direct effect on the national fitness program, directly influencing its order and scale. The present trend of sports career is that sports should be integrated with market and pushed by market. As the main battleground of the sports market, the management and administration of the gymnasium directly effect the development of the sports industry.By means of documentary, investigation, statistics and logic , this paper shows that foreign research mainly focuses on the importance of stadium facility to the management method. In our country, the research on the stadium management mainly focuses on the macroscopic aspect of management and administration of the stadium, while the research on the micro aspect is still deficient. This paper is trying to make some study and discussion on this aspect.Through the investigation of the operating situation of the public stadium and gymnasium in Henan province cities, and by the detailed knowledge of its operation situation and experiences, this paper proposes the relatively ideal method for the development of the public stadium and gymnasium: the operation mode of the public stadium and gymnasium should be changed to"one stadium, two systems"; change the concept of management; strengthen the serving awareness and improve serving method. Regarding the serving method, the marketing concept should be introduced into the public stadium and gymnasium; human resources management should be developed from the aspects of"introduce, use and train person of talent"; strengthen local legislative, management and administration of the public stadium and gymnasium should be conducted according to the law.This paper hopes that it could offer some reference value to the policy making by the concerning department, and could have some guiding function to the improvement of the management and administration of the public stadium and gymnasium.
