A Research And Present Situation On Paid-up Opening The Stadiums Of College In Changchun

Gymnasiums serve as an important precondition of the development of physicalculture. However, the real situation is that on the one hand, China faces a severe shortage of gymnasiums, unable to meet the demand of the huge population; on the other hand, lots of gymnasiums are not fully made use of.Gymnasiums in colleges and universities, an important component part of teaching facilities,are necessary for physical training, sports activities and games. Meanwhilethey also play a role in the community, providing a platform for individual and organizational physical activities in the neighborhood. Since the government cannibal enough gymnasiums for the huge population in the near future and the existing gymnasiums cannot satisfy people's demand, it is more reasonable to make use gymnasiums in colleges and universities open to the publican practice that helps, to large extent, relieve the financial burden in maintaining the facilities.This article generally used the method of documentation study, interview, question naira, symbolic stat, logic analysis to investigate the situation of openness, management style and status in some colleges in Changchun, proposed suggestions and probed into the suitable countermeasures of openness of college gymnasium.The investigation shows that:①college gymnasiums in Changchun province have been opened in vary extent, but most are partly opened, mostly to their students, this is not socially opened properly.②It is a trend that gymnasium should be opened to society compulsory③Damage and inconvenience thus caused to gymnasium and students is the main problem.④teachers, students in college and mass are all in positive attitude towards the openness of college gymnasium⑤because in defect of effective management of college gymnasium, colleges in Changchun province are in bad revenue. And most of them are willing to be work as instructor with payment.
