Considered of the development of the modern physics and the level of the S&T of our country, we invested the situation of the postgraduate education of the condensed matter physics, optics and theoretical physics of first ten famous universities according to the distribution of the universities. Based on the results of the statistic and the analysis of the invested materials, we found the default and the problems in the physic study and the postgraduate education in our country, and give the relative improving method.
