In the reform of science education, people more and more emphasize the training of students' scientific literacy. The new basic educational course reform is going on to put forward clearly, the purpose of science education is to raise the scientific literacy of students. This has presented a new program to physics education, how to raise scientific literacy of every student through physics education.The physics history is a historical science whose study object is the process of people exploring physics world. It is so comprehensive that it involves the development of natural science related to physics and the history of human if we catch on the physics history in two dimensions of time and space. The physics history embodies the course of the human exploration and progressive understanding of the physical phenomena, identities, laws, and the nature of the world; contains the rich factors of the Epistemological and Methodology. The teaching of physics history is not only to stimulate interesting learning physics,but more importantly for the students to conduct scientific attitude, feelings,values education, and scientific spirit mold. This kind of characteristic determines the special function of the physics history in cultivating the student's scientific quality. So, permeate the physics history through one of the central topics becoming the reform in education of present physics in physics teaching. Further investigate this subject to have important realistic meanings ,which structuring the education system of physics of our country that meets the needs of the world,facing the future, promote the reforms of the content of courses and course system.This paper analyzes the drawbacks of the traditional teaching and current condition of the domestic and international researches on the combination of the physics history with the physics teaching, and puts forward the research topic: theoretical and practical research of the combination of the physics history with the physics teaching in middle School. The paper designs its own research approach. In addition to introduction and closing remarks this paper includes five parts. The first chapter addresses nature of science. The issue about Nature of Science has already been an important objective of science education, as well as one of the core parts of developing students' science accomplishments. Chapter two discusses the relationship between history of science and nature of science. It's an important way to help students understanding the nature of science roundly by combining history of science with science teaching. The third chapter constructs the theoretical foundations of combining physics history with physics teaching. This chapter is the basis of combining physics history with physics teaching. This chapter is the basis of combining physics history with physics teaching. Firstly, according to constructivist learning theories, this paper explains the process of students'learning the scientific concepts. Secondly, this combination problem has been discussed on the basis of J.Piaget's cognitive development theory and T.S.Kuhn's scientific development theory. Educational practice should keep unanimity with the rules of scientific development and pay attention to the application of physics history in physics teaching. Through the main line that how to promote students forming correct conception of the nature of science, Chapter four introduces the model and the strategies of combining history of science with science teaching. With the review of research about combining history of science with science teaching, the fifth chapter had structured a kind of teaching model for physics teaching. This kind of teaching model is based upon the powerful function which could help students understand the nature of science roundly by both history of physics and scientific inquiry; the instruction Model of the integration-"do it by hand" method based on the analysis of typical HPS instruction model used in foreign countries; the instruction Model to enhance scientific epistemology of the students. Finally this paper makes teaching cases in order to put the theories into teaching practice, and accesses teaching cases with these models.
