The system of leadership in a school is a nucleus of school's management . If the system is reasonable , administrative personnel can both share out the work and cooperatewith one another ,their initiative will be brought into full play and the management is efficient ; If the system is reasonless, administrative personnel will contradict each other, their initiative is limited , the management is inefficient . This will hold up the developmentof education . Since the PRC was founded , the system of school's leadership has been changed several times . From it there is the experience of success, also there are the lessonsof the failure.Today's system of a headmaster's job responsibility has lasted for more than 20 years.But there is too large system . And consultant and supervisory system are too weak , there isn't clear responsibility. Because consultant and supervisory system don't bring a full play , the executive system has to play different parts. In the end , information isn't fast , supervisory system is powerless, feedback isn't quick, and there isn't enough vigour. All these make school's management far behind modern education .Comparing the system of headmaster's job responsibility in history to that in the world , it is a long-period important task to education staff to improve it constantly.
