The fourth part is the enlightenment of the headmaster evaluation system in Britain and the U.S.for establishing our own headmaster evaluation system.The analysis of the theory and practice of the headmaster evaluation system in Britain and the U.S.is crucial to make out a scientific and correct direction of the evaluation system on the basis of the national condition. The fifth part is the reflection of the establishment of China's headmaster evaluation system.The establishment of China's headmaster evaluation system is a key point in reforming and developing the regulation system of headmaster.However,given some negative factors,we still have to make efforts to establish the system.The thesis believesthat it is conducive to analyze headmaster evaluation system incompatible with our national condition in terms of the following five factors:concept;basis;principle;content; main body.
