Carrying out the new curriculum of senior high school is necessary to promotionof quality education. The new curriculum of senior high school was completely carriedout in September,2007in Heilongjiang province as the third batch of experimentalprovinces of the nation. The physical education of senior high school in Mudanjiang isa leading and has already obtained a lot of achievements about it, accumulating muchexperience of course reform. But there are some problems in practice of teaching.Especially, there are differences between schools, which causes the variety of thecourse reform.This paper adopts literature data method, expert interview, questionnaire andmathematical statistics. The questionnaires about it have been given to the PE teachers,students and graduates of9senior high schools. by analying the questionnaires, Istudied the results about the effects of physical education of senior high school inMudanjiang and draw a conclusion.1.The department on education and school attach importance to the reform ofEducation and Health Curriculum senior high school in Mudanjiang. All9middleschools are carried out the reform, Education and Health Curriculum modules areopened in all these schools, and the percentage of it come to100﹪.2.The structure of the PE teachers in Mudanjiang is reasonable and can meetneeds of reformation of teaching methods. The study teachers and expert teachers ofPE teachers play an active part in it.3.The Sports venues and equipment of some schools can’t meet needs of PEteaching.4.The thought of teaching assessment is scientific reasonable and the course ofevaluation method needs more reasonable method.5.The most students can master one to two PE skills by having this class. But theycan’t grasp them and some of them don’t know about specific sport knowledge. Someof them even don’t understand significance of it. 6.The burden of the high school students is heavy and they have pressure fromhaving class. As a result, it badly has an effect on their healthy.I have some tips according to this situation.1.To strengthen the communication between administration departments anddepartments of an organization in order to promote its effective. At the same time, togive more money to the PE education, and build more equipment, especially to theschools in bad condition, which needs policy. To strengthen the hardware of PE reformis necessary.2.To build qualified teachers queue. To organize teaching and research activitiesin high school sports. To have the training about the questions paid attention to by theteachers and strengthen operation training of the class so that all the PE teacher’sprofessional skills.3.To strengthen publicity and education and promote understanding of thesports and health course. To make the students interest physical exercise by using allkinds of teaching methods.4.To promote the organization ability in teaching. For the study of some athlete,not to focus on the master of skills. When finishing teaching the sports skills, I shoulddevelop the capability of organizing mini-sports activity and the capability ofappreciation ability and teach students the ways to organize activity and how to value it.Thus can encourage students to take part in sports activities more often.5.To build reasonable evaluation system about the course and take detailedmanagement in order to promote scientific development of high school inMudanjinag.
