The Integration Of Educational And Economic Attribute

University students'dormitory is an important site for students'daily life and study, especially with the popularity of the system of credit, selecting class, and flexible academic years. With university students'awareness of class membership decreasing, students spend more and more time in their dormitories. Students'dormitory has gradually become an important platform for students'life, study, and communication and an essential place for carrying out ethical-political work and quality education. Consequently its educational function for students has become increasingly prominent. The cultural atmosphere of students'dormitory has significant influence on students'cultivation of daily habits and comprehensive quality. On the other hand, students'dormitory is an integrative part of logistic resources and is the basic physical condition of university. It is an important task of university logistic socialization reform to improve and strengthen management of students'dormitory, which is closely related with students'benefits, daily teaching, scientific research order, and stability of university and affects the achievement of this reform. It is the economic requirement to strengthen the management of students'dormitory from the logistic perspective and maximize the efficiency of facility so as to lower the operational cost and to increase economic benefits.In this thesis the author analyzes the development, features, and form of educational attribute of university students'dormitory and puts forward the ways to carry out ethical- political work at students'dormitory and the structural pattern for dormitory management. The author also discusses the establishment of the encouragement system and the general rules for evaluating stuff's efficiency and explains the methods for controlling operational cost. Finally the author discusses the necessity and possibility for realizing the integration of educational and economical attributes and points out the key points to pay attention to during the process of dormitory management, which is enlightening for the dormitory administrators and university leaders.
