Attribute Synthetic Assessment Model On Teaching Evaluation And Application

With the development of higher education, the teaching quality has been increasingly concerned. The teaching quality evaluation performs an important function to guarantee the quality of higher education. So it is of momentous significance to study the teaching quality evaluation, and establish a scientific and reasonable system of the teaching quality evaluation according to the teaching regularity.Based on the theory of attribute evaluation, the attribute synthetic assessment system is taken to determine the evaluation results. Firstly, the evaluation index system is constructed and the education quality is evaluated from multi-angles. Then, the evaluation model based on attribute synthetic assessment is built. According to the analysis of attribute measurement of single index, and the optimization of index weights, the synthetic attribute value of the evaluated object is obtained. With the evaluation rules, the attributes values of multi-objects are ordered and the teaching quality evaluation is realized.To verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model, evaluation practices are implemented to a certain department. As the results, the evaluation system and the structure of the teaching quality of the institutions of higher education are proved to be rational.
