According to the"Chemical Course Standard of Ordinary Senior High School (experimental)", which Ministry of Education issued in April, 2003, People's Education Press has put out a set of chemical textbooks with Chinese characteristics, i.e."Standard Chemistry Textbook of Ordinary Senior High School"(hereafter referred to as"new textbook "). Compared with the"Chemistry Textbook of Ordinary Full-time Senior High School"(hereafter referred to as"old textbook "), the current New textbook has a series of prominent changes in such aspects as course structures and content. As a chemistry teacher in the testing area of national project, one should have a clearer understanding to the education revolution and the content of the new teaching textbook first, avoids the reliance on the old teaching material, analyzes the differences between the old and the new, summarize one's own teaching review, and adjusts teaching design according to the new teaching material system, to expect a better result in the new education revolution. The knowledge of element compound is the rudimentary knowledge of chemistry in senior high school. It offers concrete and perceptual cognitions for chemical experiments, basic chemical conceptions and basic theories. Meanwhile, this part of knowledge is the ABC that students will have to contact with, understand and apply to in the future work and life too. For this reason, this thesis regards inorganic element compounds knowledge as the research object.By using methods such as literature law, comparative law, etc. this thesis studies the differences of the content of inorganic element compounds between the former textbook and the new one in full respects of course conceptions, course goal, course content, the depth and broadness of content, lesson presentation and teaching methods, etc. . On the basis of combining with personal teaching practice and the analysis of typical cases, the thesis has explained how the change of element compounds enlightens chemistry teaching from three respects.Aiming at serving for basic chemical education, the research of this subject offers reference for senior high school chemistry teachers in grade 1, and can also help them to draw lessons from the knowledge model.
