The campus culture of institutions of high learning, can be defined as the combination of common concept of value, rules of behaviors, ideal of running schools and so on, with the looks and appearance, and the teaching and administration of schools included, which comes into being gradually inside the school, generally accepted by the faculty and staff and stays relatively stable, on the specific background of politics, economy, society and culture, to fulfill the purpose of cultivation and enhance the capability of running schools and competing, and the intense and perpetual spirit resulting from the combination. Campus culture is a unique cultural phenomenon on campus, penetrating into every level of school construction and playing an important role in the school development. As an important part of the higher learning, private institutions of high learning contribute enormously to the development of higher learning in China.
