On Problems And Countermeasures Of School Campus Culture Construction In Our Country

The school campus culture is an important part of the advanced culture of our country, which has the fundamental, leading and promoting functions to the social cultural development. The school campus culture plays an important role in the whole basic education, and it has a direct or indirect effect on the students' concept, moral character, personality and behavior through regulating, suggesting, influencing and enlightening so as to promote the students to develop all-way round. No other educational methods can compare with the school campus culture in the influence and promotion of the students' all -way round and harmonious development. Whether or not our school can cultivate the students with a great ideal, noble aspiration, reasonable personality, healthy mentality mainly depends on the work quality of the school campus culture construction.My thesis consists of three main parts: The first part refers to the inquiry of the theory of the school campus culture in our country, in which the definition of the school campus culture theory and the function of the school campus culture are expounded ,and the brief review of the development of the school campus culture in our country is made in this part.The second part refers to the chiefly existing problems and the cause of the problems, in which the author mentioned several typical problems in the construction of the school campus culture in our country, and analyzed the main -cause of the existing problems.The third part refers to the problem-solving countermeasures in the construction of th?school campus culture according to more than 20 years of his teaching experience and some relative documents that the author gathered. The author raises four creative viewpoints as follows: 1.The school campus culture is a powerful education resource, which isincomparable and efficient in the cultivation of the students' morality, belief, and thoughts.2.The theory and practice of school campus culture construction should be established in the theory of school education management of our country.3.The school campus culture construction should follow the way of developing the school campus culture with the model of enlarging national spirit, melted with the essence of the world, depending on the local superiority, insisting in the humanism in the school campus culture construction.4.The campus spirit culture construction should be the main principle in the whole campus culture construction.
