Safety culture consists of behavioral security, awareness of safety, craftwork safety and systemic security, etc., which is the generic terms of safe awareness, idea and even its subordinate behavior. Similar to human being's spiritual and material treasure, safety culture occurred with the civilized evolution, updated continuously with the economic development and progression of civilization, most significantly, its importance has been approved by the whole society.Campus security not only associates with common benefit between teachers and students, but relates to the basic interest of individual. In order to construct “the harmonious society” and promote the reform and development of the college, building “harmonious campus” is an essential task. “Security is the precondition of harmony”, so campus security provides the assurance for school staff and students in some aspects, such as study, daily life, work and so on. College must devote to the structure of campus security, if it wants to work and develop normally.Due to the development of the era and the innovation of the idea, the construction of campus security must build the efficient and innovative model which puts the teachers and students at the first position on the basis the traditional idea. School manager must strive to build the dense atmosphere in which everyone attaches importance to the campus security, concerns about it and shares it with each other constantly. In addition, he or she should work hard to internalize it as the spiritual pursuit of teachers and students, externalize it as their conscious action and develop a stable tendency of habitual mode. In detail, it means that campus security must develop from the consequence to the preparation; from accident management to hidden trouble; thereby nip in the bud in safety management, and reach to twice the results with half the effort.
