The network plays more and more vital role in university students for information communication, individual society and expending field of vision. But simultaneously, the application of the network also induces some negative effects inevitably. For instance, the flood of information, information trash pollution, addict of the network and network games, the hacker behavior, and even the network crime. The situation constitutes the impact to university student whose morals appeared"the morals to deviate from the norm"alarmingly. The phenomenon indicates the present situation of university student's network morals become worrisome.
