Ideology and Morality is a course with the aim of helping students improve their morality, form psychologically healthy quality, establish the sense of law,, strengthen their sense of social responsibility and social practice ability, and guiding them to form a correct outlook on the world, life and value. Thanks to the economical globalization today, all-round, high speed exchanges increasingly appear across the boundaries between different countries and regions; in the new basic educational curriculum reform, the learning patterns of students ,the teaching ideas and deeds of teachers would be reformed; the unique quality and characteristics of Ideology and Morality require that the feeling needs, the characteristics and rules of the students'physical and mental development should be paid attention to. In a word, due to the need of the international modern education, teaching and subject teaching, it has become profoundly meaningful to enhance the communication between teachers and students in Ideology and Morality classes.Communication refers to a popular social phenomenon in which people mutually affect and influence, it's human basic practice activity, and human basic way of existence as well. Far-reaching educational meaning has been attached to communication, due to its exceptional quality of multifactor mutual understanding and exchanges. As an purposeful teaching activity process, teaching communication is a mutually affecting process where a common understanding and united power can be reached and a teaching aim obtained through coordination, association between teachers and students via signs. The two parts of communication are not just in a"subject-object"relationship, but in a"subject-subject"one, i.e., the two parties of the this relation, not only between teachers and students, but also between students, all make up relations between subjects only, taking common objects as the media.It has profound and far-reaching meaning to enhance the communication between teachers and students in Ideology and Morality classes. Nowadays, however, communication teaching in our country is just on its first step, and there are certainly weaknesses in the study on the communication between teachers and students in classes in our country: more attention is paid to macro research than micro one, more attention is paid to the establishment of theories than to practical use, and more attention is paid to raising questions than to mentioning programs and methods to solve them. It is still weak as to how to promote the communication between teachers and students in class in many specific fields. So, as a course in which students'psychologically and morally excellent quality is cultivated, and their personality healthily developed, Ideology and Morality in junior middle schools should take the responsibility of cultivating qualified modern citizens. Furthermore, it is not only the need of modern education, but also important content of Ideology and Morality to help students learn how to cooperate, to communicate with each other, and how to get to a win-win situation so that they can adapt themselves well to the society in the near future. As to how to promote activities in Ideology and Morality in junior middle schools, develop students'subject role, and cultivate students'healthy personality and moral quality, there is little practical research yet.I have made great efforts to solve the problem as to how to enhance the effective communication between teachers and students in Ideology and Morality classes in this paper, and groped an effective way to achieve communications between teachers and students in junior middle schools through a case study, therefore provided a reference as to how to implement effectively communication teaching between teachers and students in Ideology and Morality teaching process. From the perspective of teaching practice, this paper has provided practical advices so that the communication teaching will be more effective and the using level of practical teaching will be improved.This paper, taking the communication philosophy as its guidance, constructivism and mutually exchanging sign theory as its basis, literature review, observation and case study as its research methods, has probed into the reality that the objective and form of the ideological morality education are apart from teenagers'reality; the situation in which the educational form and process are apart from the subject of teenagers; moral knowledge and deeds are seriously separated; the targets and contents of communications between teachers and students are partial; the communication is monopolized, affective; its form is disordered, etc. It provides the characteristics and criterions of communications between teachers and students in Ideology and Morality classes, constructs communication teaching model made up by three phases of orientation and preparation, talking and mutually communicating, systematical self-examination and self-adjustment, that is, a model method of teaching practice structure, programs and strategies, communication teaching idea, taking the common text as its media, dialogues as its cues, creation as its main exercise method. Moreover, via the analysis of the necessary basic conditions for the effective communications between teachers and students in Ideology and Morality classes, it provides a strategy system as to how to achieve effective communications between teachers and students in the Ideology and Morality communication class teaching model, including feeling strategy, i.e. through stimulating students'learning motivation, developing their learning interests, enhancing their self-consciousness, experiencing and appreciating ideological and moral beauties, teachers'being examples, being worthy of the name of teachers, affecting students'feelings, make students fully recognize the value of ideological and moral learning, and help them develop correct ideological and moral view; activity strategies, i.e. in the teaching process, according to certain social demands, students'physically and mentally developing rules and the aim of the ideology and morality teaching, develop many different kinds of teaching activities, therefore, in activities, through actively considering, studying, mutually cooperating and exchanging, make students develop systematically in knowledge and skills, process and methods, feeling attitudes, etc.; multi communication strategy, i.e. by way of promoting cross-discipline, cross-class, cross-school multi communication, make the students go to the society earlier, and adapt themselves to the society better.
