The postgraduate conception of learning is one of the key issues in the study of theory, it refers to the process of individual life and learning to acquire knowledge from experience and personality change behavior in the course of epistemology formed by a belief system. The study is not only to acquire knowledge and skills, not only lead to behavior change, it should also include knowledge on the basis of experience, to develop good habits. with the formation of high moral character and make full use of its potential and value. As students learn the subject and the realization of value, and learn how to myself, how to study and how to survive autonomily, initiatively, innovatively on the impact of social cultural. The study is not only closely related to the learning and life of postgraduate, but related to the quality of talent in our country. Moreover it is helpful to the students'management.This research uses the qualitative research mainly , supplemented by the literature and comparison ,and chooses three native postgraduates of first grade, second grade, third grade and one postgraduate from foreign country . We learn by observing the behavior and conduct interviews on their study of the various aspects of the postgraduate conception of learning, including postgraduate students how to understand myself, how to study, how to plan for the future survival.This research is to analyze and evaluate the advantages and the existing problems in postgraduate conception of learning,which based on the conception of Constructivism Learning and Humanism Learning .Then researcher looks for the influencing factors of postgraduate conception of learning and tries to offer some suggestions and guidance to the postgraduate study.The thesis is focus on these three aspects: the understanding of human, the understanding of postgraduate study, the understanding of the future survival.Postgraduate in dealing with human issues :postgraduate can establish the proper moral values and principles, for a correct understanding of man and nature, and people, and society. and the country to uphold honesty and trustworthiness, scientific objectivity, innovation, and fair . But,postgraduate conception of learning is weak on the moral understanding and national spirit and lack of national passion; moral understanding of the school is too radical.Postgraduate in dealing with study issues :the postgraduate takes a positive view that the study is based on self-learning, "The efforts will be able to achieve good results" as their motivation to learn and principles strong desire to throughout life learning and think the interesting is the best teachers, use of a variety of learning strategies. Meanwhile, postgraduate should have a strong sense of innovation and the courage to doubt and criticism, and learning is a lifelong pursuit. Morality,intelligence,body of comprehensive study should be undertaken.It is necessary to pay attention to comprehensive development, but also pay attention to character development. But, In practical learning activities, independent study time utilization rate is not very high. Facing the difficulties,they are unable to seek the help of teachers. Meanwhile , postgraduate innovative learning ability is not strong, in action, they expect more of the outside to develop ability to innovate and overlook the various academic activities to the positive role of innovation ability. Too much emphasis on "intelligence" , neglecting the quality, lack of social training and practical experience. Lifelong learning ability level is not high.Postgraduate in dealing with Survival issues: the utilitarian postgraduate conception of learning is designed around the basic needs of the future work overlooking humanistic quality of training. They most consider the immediate interests and the less specific long-term planning. The high salaries, high status and high level is working standards.Combining the participation observation, deep interview and relevant theoretical researches, the researcher thinks that postgraduate conception of learning firstly comes from their study experience and fields of learning,next comes from the education between family members .At last,the influence of school culture and of teachers and Peer groups and dormitory roommate and social culture can also be reflected in postgraduate conception of learning.In a word, postgraduate conception of learning has both one-sided negative parts and scientific parts so we should value it correctly. Postgraduate conception of learning is developing constantly, through absorbing the rational factor of the modern learning concepts , establishing the correct purpose of the study, using reasonable means , grasping the valuable contents of the study, studying the postgraduate conception of learning ,accumulating experience on learning, postgraduate conception of learning will meet the needs of both the time and postgraduate development better.
