Teacher's occupation culture is an important realm that the education studies to win, and are the developments that go to a teacher having important meaning and function to the school as well.Qualitative research is from the educational spot (close experience of the cultural heritage data in the school reflecting the teacher's occupation culture and class) of what we saw, heard, felt, and thought about as clues, through the clairvoyance of the realistic teacher's occupation culture inside spread--accept of present condition, we analyze the teacher's occupation culture inside spread--accept of the content and mutually depend on to saving again mutually encourage teacher the problem of the material, and the spirit level of the occupation culture.Namely through surface layer, we visit inside spread--accept of the provision and characteristic, and explain the teacher's occupation culture at the individual of the important function in the existence.This research adopted the research method of the quality, the research of the quality promoted researcher to participate in the research scenario, and the research object's total feeling, keep the noodles fact, participate process, through " thoroughly decrypting" the details and facts, let in the process of the reorganizing part to become a story or the quality of the things, the comprehension that passes researcher to change their minds to do "explained" combines to present a realistic original gradually.The researcher selected by examinations five teachers of two schools(primary and junior high school one for each) as research objects respectively, those who mainly just work for one or two years and old teachers with a teaching age of more than seven years, who are teaching languages, mathematics and the teacher of the natural science respectively.The collections of the material mainly are an interview and observation of records.
