| Objective: To explore whether core strength training has a positive effect on the inside foot passing technique of 10-12 year old varsity soccer students through an experimental study,to make a contribution to improving the efficiency of the inside foot passing technique of 10-12 year old varsity soccer students, and to provide a new direction for future school soccer passing technique training.Research methods: First, the core strength training tools and soccer inside foot passing technique evaluation indexes were designed and screened to meet the characteristics of 10-12-year-old soccer varsity students through literature, questionnaires and expert interviews;second,an experimental method was used to select 24 soccer varsity players from Yujie Primary School as experimental subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Before the experiment, the consistency test was conducted on all indicators(basic information of subjects in both groups, inside foot passing technique test, expert technical evaluation, and competition). In the experimental group, core strength training was performed in the physical fitness training session of each training session, and core strength passing technique training was also included in the passing technique training session;in the control group, traditional strength training and regular passing technique training were performed normally. After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the interference factors in the experimental process were strictly controlled, and the stability, accuracy and standardization of the inside-foot passing techniques of the players in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed through the inside-foot passing technique test, expert technical evaluation and competition.Results:(1)The comparison between the groups showed that there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the six indexes reflecting stability, accuracy, standardization and practicality of the inside foot passing technique before the experiment, which were homogeneous;after the experiment, the five indexes of the experimental group and the control group were found by independent sample t-test,except for the test index of inside foot kicking accuracy, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.(P>0.05),the other four test indexes showed significant differences(P<0.01),which indicated that core strength training could improve the players’ inside leg passing skills more effectively than traditional strength training.(2)The intra-group comparison showed that after 12 weeks of systematic training, the experimental group showed significant differences in five indexes reflecting stability, accuracy, standardization and practicality of the inside foot pass technique(P < 0.01);in the control group, only the performance of the inside foot pass ground ball technique showed a significant increase in the pre-and post-experimental comparison(P < 0.01),and the two indexes of the inside foot pass rebound and aerial ball technique showed a significant increase(P < 0.01).In the control group, only the inside foot pass ground ball technique showed a significant increase(P < 0.01).Conclusions:(1)Both core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the improvement of 10-12 year old football school team students’ inboard passing skills, but compared with core strength training, the improvement effect is more obvious.(2)Compared with the traditional strength training, the core strength training is more comprehensive in improving the skill of passing the ball inside the feet of 10-12 year old football school team students.(3)The training of core strength combined with ball can help 10-12 year old football school team students more effectively transfer the effect of strength training to the needs of competition, and improve the application ability of players’ inside foot passing technique. |
