Physical education teaching occupation colleges is different from general education, and has dual attributes of basic and practical physical education occupation colleges. Occupation and practical sports can not only improve students’ occupation skill, can also help students master the occupation skills, this is to stimulate students’ physical exercise, effective means to master sports skills. Through the occupation practical sports teaching, can help students master the form exercise consistent with the characteristics of physical exercise to occupation and science promotes lifelong sports behavior. Through the review of the related literature at home and abroad, to understand our current vocational colleges sports teaching in the development process of occupational physical exercise of the level of teaching and research is relatively less, the purpose of this paper is to the study of Beijing Industry Technician College mechanism of professional students of occupational physical exercise to verify composite cultivation of vocational ability and vocational colleges, the sports teaching in vocational colleges to carry out the current situation and trend. Of Beijing Industry technician academy teaching reform of physical education curriculum present situation investigation and Analysis on deepening the reform of physical education curriculum. It has characteristics of vocational colleges, sports teaching mode has certain theoretical and practical significance. The experimental results show that:(1) The mechanism of different types of professional students working characteristics and methods, determines the students nature of labor, work intensity and duration of the different. Therefore, teachers in the organization of physical exercise on the occupation of different types of students put forward different physical training needs.(2)Through the work of Higher Vocational College Students Majoring in mechanism, analysis of hard parts of the body shows that different types of students participating in work and learning, different parts of the body in the work force degree are different. Such as: the upper arm fitter in labor and waist muscles strength more, the percentage were 25%, 36%. While Turner, NC professional student participation in the upper arm, waist muscle groups were 29%, 48%. Therefore, in the development of professional occupation ability of students physical mechanism, should focus on the development of students’ waist muscle strength, flexibility and coordination of the NC professional should also develop the students’ ability.(3)Vocational School of physical education and curriculum development, through of student survey shows that current 40% of the students think combination of teaching content of physical education and professional fitness and teaching contents lack of rationality, reduce the enthusiasm of students to participate in the physical training. In addition, vocational colleges, the sports teachers of mechanism for students majored in physical demand lack certain understanding and the understanding, can not according to the needs of different types of occupational physical do for the development of a series of professional physical exercise activities, is not conducive to the development of students’ physical fitness.(4)Experiments on complex physical education of students and vocational ability training. By comparing the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment, students’ physical development shows changes in that students in the experimental class of occupational physical changes in before and after the experiment is significant, especially students of the force of the waist and upper body strength has been very good development and growth rate were 0.32% and 0.16%. The control class and only in the upper limb strength change, this change may be with students age strength quality change, and ultimately change.(5)After the experiment the experimental class and the control class students of occupational physical contrast analysis shows that the experimental class in applied factors under the action of the exercise after physical contrast control class the result analysis shows that students increase is significant, respectively: 1.04% and 1.86% and 3.12%, 0.83% and 1.03%. The largest increase in student tablet support ability, the students get a good waist strength improvement. Overall, the experimental class after applying the teaching factors, students’ physical occupation has been greatly improved.
